Online Writing Game


What happens when a cast of men and women combine in one space with nothing to lose? What if their only means for survival is the death of the others? By any estimation, mayhem is inevitable. Follow these characters, marooned on a deserted island, as they do all they can to survive.

This was an online writing game for our Creative Writing class,
played from December 2015 - January 2016.

THE RULES:

  • Each anonymous author must write a chapter of his or her character's story every other class day.
  • On the days in between, we will read each story and vote for the strongest and weakest characters.
  • Next, the strongest character's author will write the day's wrap up, killing off the weakest character, as voted by our class.
  • The stories should fit together, so make sure you read everyone's chapter entries.
  • Use the discussion board at the bottom of this page to ask questions or make clarifications.
  • Read and edit The Location as you see fit.
  • Make time to read the entire day for each character. It is important to the voting process.
  • Don't edit other people's pages, other than to say, "I included you in my story," or something similar.
  • If you win and fail to complete the wrap up, you will die with the weakest characters
